We liked that they designated a parking space just for us in front of my parents room because they were elderly and the rooms were clean and right across the road from the beach. The Sands had an excellent location to the beach and downtown. The pool was warm and the room was spacious for our big family. The motel is updated yet not commercialized like a larger chain. We loved our weekend.

very clean, comfortable and well-run. Free cookies, coffee, hot
chocolate, cider, and other beverages were provided daily for free. We
had the Bed & Breakfast package with a full breakfast buffet daily.
Two really good restaurants. It's in a lovely setting right on the
water. Unfortunately, we were there in mid-fall. I'd definitely go
back during a summer.

We went with our brother-in-law after he loss his wife in january. He felt a closeness their. Next time I`d make sure we got the room in the main part with the elevator so he could be in the exact room he shared with his wife.
