  Waiter in lounge named Jim - was excellent - he waited on us for lunch and later for drinks. Totally professional and made us feel welcome and comfortable and still provided excellent service. We also like the live music, which is why we chose to stay here for the 2nd time. Food quality was also excellent.   loved the kitchen and layout of our room, the pool. The breakfast was good. We had asked for the pullout bed to be made up, but no pillows or blankets (other than one very thin blanket) were provided. We also asked ahead of time for more toiletries as there were 3 ppl staying in room, also not provided.
