  Room was clean and stuff is really friendly and helpful. Room was equipped with all sorts of personal items like shampoos, lotions, deodorants etc. We were allowed to make late check out and that helped a lot since we came in late. So this is a nice family operated hotel. I would recommend the hotel to other travelers if only they would stay in ... what people say » one bed room and if they do not mind cigaret smoke. - Very nice and friendly staff with good recommendations for South Lake Tahoe and the area in general. I would definitely stay here again. It's of course a hostel place so not the highest standard available, but it's well worth the price and it's conveniently located close to both the sea and the state border.

  Very clean resort. Close to everything. Pool staff, concierge, and valet staff were fantastic! Front desk agents needed to perk up a bit...the overnight agent was missing for about 15 minutes when I was trying to check out (I'm an ex resort manager) - Love the amazing service by every staff member be it the front desk people or the house keeping ... what people say » staff!   Oh my, so convenient! Right out the door to the gondola, everything is so close, you don't need a rental car. Room was awesome, everything you need, even a washer/dryer! We loved it! We - This was a hidden gem for us in our travels. We only stayed one night, but the room and facilities were very good and the price per room per night was well in our budget. We had a family room with plenty of beds and the ability for one room to be shut off for privacy. Guest laundry facilities were provided, free wi-fi and parking. Reception staff were friendly and courteous. Location was easy 5min walk to both lakefront and the eating/shopping areas.

  I was very satisfied with office staff, very nice woman. Threw in the spa which i was absolutely tickled pink about. Spa was beautiful heart shaped & surprisingly very well kept as far as cleanliness goes. Very well worth the money, I will definitely come back and would recommended to anyone. - Very good location, Had full size refridgerator ... what people say » and microwave and the wireless internet actually worked!
