Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, bed was so soft and comfortable!!! Staff were friendly. Location was close to every place we went to. Bathroom was clean. Room was big, love the mini kitchen. Decoration was cute. Bathroom was big. A lot of channels to choose from on TV. Business center was great.

I absolutely loved my stay. The room was extremely clean. The beds were so comfy, I couldn't even lay back to watch television without falling asleep. The staff was extremely nice, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area. -

Large clean room with very comfortable double beds. Excellent coffee in the room. Super breakfast. Freshly baked cookies were offered when we arrived. We needed a second room due to a change in plans and were given it with the discount on the original room. Peaceful and quiet location is a short ride to Veterans Pkwy and many choices for food

On 3/12/13 I made a reservation for a Microtel in Columbus GA using letsbookhotel.com. When I arrived on 3/28/13 the hotel had no record of my reservation. They were not fully-booked and were gracious in honoring (and even upgrading) my "intended" reservation after I arrived.
I appreciated their attention, but I lost confidence in letsbookhote
