  The staff was very good. When I arrived, apparently the hotel computer did not have my booking, which was done through letsbookhotel.com. I even showed the hotel representative the printout of my booking and she still could not find it in the computer. She stated it was not a problem and she just entered my information and gave me a room at the pr... what people say » iced I booked it for. Great customer service on her part! - Very comfortable wonderful, wonderful mattress! No ice bucket and burned out light over the sink taken care of immediately! As we were leaving, loaded down with luggage, a passing housekeeper saw my dilemma and offered to help me down the stairs as there was no railing.

  We stayed two nights...everyone was very friendly...tina was extremely helpful with an issue we had with our credit card...she knew just what to do.......also we had accidently got locked out of our poolside room...and on top of that the security latch was on the front door...the gentlemen that was called to open our door for us was there immediat... what people say » ely...and very friendly....there was a nice lady who was in charge of the continential breakfast who was so nice and friendly .the breakfast was the h - we enjoyed the rooms, sleep number beds and cleanliness. Staff friendly. Nice people we interacted with also staying at the hotel. Good free breakfast. Great pool/hot tub and atmosphere :)

  I loved it. There was a mix up on the reservation that was really no one's fault. The staff changed the room and even moved me to it awaiting my son's arrival. So easy to get to the airport. Great restaurants nearby. The pool was wonderful. Met some really great people.   The room was neat and clean. Front desk personnel friendly. Even with the cleanly appearance one of our room was infested with bed bugs. The kids bitten terribly by these bed bugs. This matter was brought to the manager attention immediately.
