Proximity to surroundings. The personnel were most kind and helpful. They truly cared.The service was excellent. Annya was very accommodating and friendly. Street noise on a Saturday night!!! Yelling and honking when the bars closed down.Sink drained slowly. Had some problems like the shower head blew off when taking a shower, had a hard time to get it fixed. Had to in the end change rooms and in that room had a leak in the sink a repair was made and the maintenance man then broke the stopper.
