I was a single person and I really liked having just the 1 queen bed. I also thought the whole breakfast was a good idea! I liked the taller bed and the big screen TV (and great channels) was awesome!. Awesome staff...if the couple working the front desk isn't married, they ought to be. Great stay. You get what you pay for!. It was comfortable and quite...the place was sold out that weekend but I was not bothered by noise from other visitors.

The Quality Inn in Chico does. This hotel was recently remodeled. It is modern and clean. Just a fee blocks from downtown. The Breakfast was great! The staff at the front desk were great. The location is fabulous. Friendly staff, clean room & facilities, close to downtown. Downtown location. Breakfast included in price. Clean. I think that it was a nice room for the price. I liked the facilities. Elegant. that the rooms are really clean. It is in a great location. Everything!. It was close to where my meeting was being held. I could leave my car and walk to the meeting site. I had asked for a firm pillow and did not receive one, and also an extra blanket and didn't get that either. I also had the coffee maker but there was no coffee pot, and that was a huge disappointment. The bed was firm but a little too firm. No hot tub. I didn't like that the parking lot was so small. It was hard to get out of parking spaces. The parking lot was a tight fit. But, given their downtown location, there wasn't much choice. Some street noise and a malfunctioning A/C unit. Small parking lot. No big complaints. The room above me had very loud guest at 3-5am. The parking available was very limited since people parked huge trucks and moving vans in the parking spaces so there was no room for cars. Very frustrating!! This is second time I have stayed at this hotel but I probably will not stay hotel since the parking is a big issue!. We were pleased with the Quality Inn. Parking lot too small. Very crowded and 5 car alarms went off during the night waking me up. nothing this time around. The pillows are too small and flat. Bring your own. The hotel needs a good cleaning inside and out. My room had water damage along the wall near the shower. The night I stayed the wifi was very poor and the channels on the tv were very limited.
