  I initially chose your hotel for it's location and price..Close to Amtrak, Downtown, easy access to the Metra rail/buses so we could visit all the Museums, Parks, Restraunts and don't forget " Shopping "..But your Hotel Staff is what will bring me back..I'm a flight attendant and I spend a lot of time in hotels..A Clean, comfortable room is import... what people say » ant..But a friendly, helpful staff is most important to me..Thank you for a wonderful stay..Sincerely, Paula & Serena - We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with the facility and would definitely stay there again.

  Close to the Midway Airport and the shuttle service was convenient to get you to the airport in minutes. Rooms were very quiet - no noise from inside or outside the hotel came in. The on-site restaurant offered a good selection of choices and there were a number of other choices nearby of one wanted to go out for a meal. - loation, airport park... what people say » ing and shuttle service too and from were great.   the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

  From the first moment we entered the staff was friendly and helpfull. The location is exellent, 8min walk to the L. Clark street which is full of pubs and restaurans just 2min. 2 cinema's are in walking distance. The hostel is great, whether if you're in a dorm or private room. We were in a half/half. Sink and toilet, shower on the floor. The room... what people say » was cosy and sufficient. Breakfast was decent. Bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, creamcheese, P&J. It was always warm and homey. Free dinner on sun - At check-in the staff was extremely helpful and, when no parking spots were available, they showed where to find free parking and then another ramp to park as well. The events hosted by the hostel were outstanding as well, the pub crawl, evening grill out, and the Hawks parade viewing of course. Overall, this hostel is straightforward and simple, no tricks, in a fun and happening Lincoln Park neighborhood, and I know this is my new go to place to stay when I return to Chicago for future trips.
