  A wonderful historical hotel with a beautiful foyer and great staff. The bed was comfortable and the old fashion "pink" sink and bathtub were a real charm. I'm glad that Plains decided to retain the historical aspects of the hotel, while still upgrading it for safety and convenience - The History of the Hotel and all it's unique little touches.... what people say » And its tasty restaurant. There is also a Classic old-style cinema across the road,with modern surround sound ! ( adults only $2.50 or $3.50 !!).
