Staff was great. Greeted as soon as we pulled to the curb. Check in was great. Room was clean and temperature was just right. -
Location is the best. Close to everything. You can park your car when you arrive and never use it again until you leave.

Location. Helpful, friendly staff. When the TV would not work late at night we got a free breakfast. We were allowed leave our car after check-out while we went to the Tennessee Aquarium and lunch. We got 2 coupons for area restaurants, which we used. When we asked for suggested places to eat we got really good advice. -

The history, gardens and trains were awesome. As soon as I open the lobby door and walked into the lobby I felt that I had entered a magical place. The wonderful old bar made me think the Great Gatsby era. I dined in the Garden cafe, the food was great. The grounds were beautiflu. I could go on and on. The Choo Choo was the nicest surprise I've had in a long long time !
