The staff member that was working the front desk was great. I think her name is Asia. She gave my kids toys to play with. Was very very helpful and really nice. The room was also great. It had a nice big kitchen and was a large size room. This is a great place to stay. It is located in a nice area. Right across the street from a church. Easy axces

All of the staff was friendly and welcomed us to stay with them. The ladies at the front desk offered suggestion as to places to eat and sites to see. Housekeeping made sure we had all the comforts of home. The ladies who prepared breakfast always said "good morning" with a smile. The staff asked us to come back again to stay with them. Little things like asking us to came back again makes a big difference.

Our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed the nice breakfast offered each morning, had just a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. -

I noticed right away that the towels were very clean and very white. The outside of the building was very nice and made us feel comfortable being there. The pool was nice and the view of the mountains was awesome. We we'll definitely be staying there again. -

The history, gardens and trains were awesome. As soon as I open the lobby door and walked into the lobby I felt that I had entered a magical place. The wonderful old bar made me think the Great Gatsby era. I dined in the Garden cafe, the food was great. The grounds were beautiflu. I could go on and on. The Choo Choo was the nicest surprise I've had in a long long time !

The hotel and room were clean and they are updating and improving the hotel. Staff were super nice and check in was efficient. Everything was ready on my arrival. Breakfast has enough assortment to feed any family. A/C worked great. No complaints really.
