We booked a one bedroom unit. Very spacious with a hide-a-way bed, that is like all beds of this style, not comfortable at all, but we knew what to expect. All the rooms were of nice size, and the kitchen was stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The refrigerator was full size. The resort itself had plenty of activities and was well maintained. Security was present at all times. Overall we will try and avoid hotels going forward as this is an excellent value. They do try and sch.
all reviews » Very SPACIOUS! Very clean. Plenty of clean towels. Kitchen well equipped with clean appliances. Nice balconies. Nice outdoor scenery with the stream and water fountains. Great location. Both indoor and outdoor pools have hot tubs beside them. All the rooms had nice TV's. WiFi We will definitely will stay here again!. We came for a mini vacation with 5 teenagers and 1 toddler and the two of us. We had a 3 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment and it was wonderful. We had plenty of room for all of us and no fights broke out for once. We really enjoyed all the pools, playground and the quietness of the place. I would definitely recommend. nice space...lots of stuff for grand kids to do and it was all very close to the units. quiet...peaceful. very nice setup. was not brand new but very nice and comfortable. Very spacious, multiple showers, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Indoor pool and spa was great. very reasonably priced. We will probably stay here again in the future. Space of unit was incredible and centrally located to attractions. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and jet tub were wonderful. Very good value for the money. The staff and everyone was so polite and our our place was perfect .we will. Book again. Roominess, cleanliness, quality dishes, grounds and buildings were very nice too. Family friendly. Location. The bathroom was nice, however the shower lacked water pressure. The sheets on the bed were stiff, but the bed itself was comfortable. The check in could use better directions as it is off site. The fumes in the indoor pool area were so strong I could hardly sit in that room while my kids swam. My eyes were burning so bad! Needs better ventilation. Outdoor pool was a bit on the small side but at least we could breathe fresh air. elevator could use some work or maybe a second one. tv's could be a little larger. The one bedroom unit had a whirlpool/shower tub was is difficult to get in and out. Check process very cumbersome. After getting our room keys, we had to wait in a separate line for 30 minutes to get our parking pass from a "concierge" who tried to sell every guest show tickets and timeshares. brand of soaps and shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Another way into the complex would be helpful. Call after booking for marketing selling program. Although after saying no we were not pressured to see 90 minute selling program. couldn't add on days, wanted to stay longer but they were all booked up :(. nothing. The check-in location is hard too find. Wifi went out for a couple of days. Thin walls, annoying noise levels from next door. washer was thumpy. nothing. Thinner walls and only a tub with a high step to get in.
