The owner was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and extremely economical. There was a nice breakfast included. Also an on-site washer and dryer was great, as we needed to do our laundry after several days of travelling. We received discounted tickets to the Shanghai, which was right down the street, and was WONDERFUL!! The motel was close to lots of recreation and restaurants. We had a lovely stay there.
all reviews » We haven't been in Branson for 5 years, and when we got back, we stayed at the jacuzzi room in Branson Vacation Inn again. We have stayed in each one of their six jacuzzi rooms. We love it! The room has everything in it and large space. It has refrigerater, microwave, and the jacuzzi tub inside the room (not like other place, in the bathroom). If you want to find some nice place enjoy your personal time, this is the place to go. Great price and very nice staff. Stayed an extra night and only cost 48 bucks. Extra hour to check out also. Very nice people! A lot for your money. Maid service was awesome. Will be visiting Branson next year and will deff go back to Branson vacation inn and suites. I loved the Jacuzzi in the King suite. I loved the outdoor smoking area of garden by the pool and the canopy swing was a delight for me as I've always wanted one of my own. I even stayed an extra night, because I enjoyed it there so much. The location is great! Right off the main strip! The staff was very accommodating to our needs. They were definetly on top of the game at our request and very helpful with touristy questions. The room was older but smelled very clean. I loved the courtyard. I do wish the pool had been filled up, but I know the weather has been difficult. The office lady was a blessing to our family, I would come back again because she fulfilled my request in room location!!!. We had a great experience at the Branson Vacation Inn. We were skeptical because we got an amazing deal on the room, but the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and it was nice and close to main street. The value was great! You can't beat the price. Plus they gave us an amazing discount on the acrobats of china. ($19 each!). Breakfast wasn't much but it was fine for us and it was included. The staff is very friendly. Loved it. It was convenient and clean.Great for families with little children. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but it was still nice. Good place to stay!. But there are plenty of buffet style resturants that are so good and inexpensive nearby! Even though the hotel is older and the rooms aren't very modern it smelled clean. But I would pack slippers to wear in the rooms. The carpet wasn't clean! Our socks were dirty after walking across it. The old cracked sinks. When I flipped the lights on, I screamed; I thought there was a Hugh spider in the sink for just a second, then I saw that it was cracks. Replacing the sinks would REALLY update a lot. The carpet was filthy. My kids were rolling on it and it turned their clothes brown. Would like for them to have newer t.v.'s. I would have loved to have more towels. there were four of us and they only gave us three towels each day. Small thing to gripe about hu?. There was nothing to dislike. Thin towels, very cheap. Owner parked in handicapped spot but was not handicapped. Rooms need redecorating and a good cleaning, better longer breakfast. there was a very small amount of mildew in the bathroom above the shower. Rooms spayed when cleaned with febreeze or something a bit too strong. I really did not have anything I did not like about the hotel. The bed needed to be updated. There was some mold in bathroom above shower on wall and ceiling area. Breakfast was little to be desired. Needs a little updating, spruced up. The pool was not opened for the season yet as it was a week before Memorial day. I know from working in apartment communities that insurance plays a factor in when the pool opens and closes so this more than likely is not fault on their behalf. Complimentary breakfast was very poor. The parking lot was kind of weird since it didnt wrap around,but other than that ok. it would have been nice to have a small frig and micro-oven there. Traffic on 165 can make getting off property difficult at times. breakfast was adequate but nothing special. overall the rooms were nice except for the carpets. while walking around the room our socks and feet were dirty afterwards. I didn't like the coffee pot. I'm a big coffee drinker, and coffee pot didn't look very sanitary. carpet was old, the breakfast was not good. Could be a very lovely facility, but considerable amount of outside maintenance is needed. nothing. Internet access was sketchy. Wish breakfast was available longer (closed at 9:30 am). Front door to my room was not good and secured, needs work. other than that nothing. Mattress collapsed on both sides of king bed. would have liked a hair dryer and refrigator. breakfast could be improved. Add some fruit - bananas and apples, some whole wheat or multigrain bread, perhaps some peanut butter and or bagels (instead of or in addition to donuts). No pool in-doors. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. People upstairs was very loud. Low showerhead. Room coffee pot was broke and blew the breaker first morning. Pool water was green. The mattress hasn't been replaced in a while as it sagged.
