  This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight. We travel often and The Boston Harbor Hotel is on our "must come back" list. A great experience. - The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way ... what people say » to make our visit special and memorable. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will definitely return to the Boston Harbor Hotel in the near future.
