  We loved our stay at Acadia. The staff was very friendly. A shuttle arrived every 30 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes in the evening to take us to Bar Harbor for free. From there we could take additional shuttles to Acadia Park and other destinations. The breakfast was a very good variety. There was a mid day snack of cucumber wa... what people say » ter and cheese and crackers. A couple times a week there were movies and smores around a fire. The pool was very nice. There was a small trail b - Friendly welcome at reception, and pleasant surprise at our pretty, spacious room. The afternoon snacks put out for quests is a lovely idea and the breakfasts were very comprehensive and would suit everyone. We were also delighted to catch sight of the deer on the back lawn area one evening - a real treat. It was an easy location to get to, plenty of parking, and an short trip into the town area. We were so pleased we had decided to visit this area and the National Park was just lovely - also

  Nice spacious bedroom with comfy beds, fridge and decent coffee making facilities. Breakfast served nearby was fine. Good shower. All very clean and would stay there again. Good quiet location just 15 min stroll into town centre. - Hotel is in a great location for walking to downtown Bar Harbor as well as access to Acadia National park.The rooms ... what people say » were clean and seemed updated,convenience of a microwave and fridge.
