the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. the maids were very good and work in a timely matter. the room was old but cozy. and I really like the fact that you allowed my dog to stay as well. I never leave home without her. and where I needed to be while I was there I found that your hotel is nicely located within a 2 mile radius of it all. thank you so much. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. They helped us with the Universal Studio tickets by checking to see if there are discounted tickets available.

The fact that the rooms were clean, the hotel had a clean pool, and staff was friendly and helpful. We had left our phone in room and staff found it and held it for us. Awesome! Thanks guys. Staff was quick to respond on helping answer/solve questions/issues. The staff was attentive to my inadequencies as a reluctant traveler. Location close to Knott's Berry Farm. Rooms are clean and well kept. Knotts Berry Farmns. The office staff was very friendly and handled check in\out easily. The location was good for our needs. Courtesy of staff continental breakfast free HBO, and Wifi heated pool. The room was huge and the bed was really comfortable!. It was clean. Location to Knotts Berry Farm and restaurants around the area. It felt safe too. The staff was friendly and helpful. quiet and very soft beds. None. Nothing!!! Could not wait until my stay was over & I was there for only one night. How did this hotel ever get a 7.2 rating, the owner or a blind person must of wrote the previous reviews!. The location was excellent. The staff was good in response to our needs. Especially during breakfast. Staff was nice!. well the ants in the room were a little bothersome.and the price when adding on an extra 11 a night for the dog was a bit high to me. there were rooms around that were comparable to your hotel that were about 20 a night cheaper and no extra for pets. other than that it was great. I had little bit of breathing problem inside the hotel room because there was no window in the back and I had to open the front window to get fresh air. Nothing. Parking was terrible. This is the 2nd time I have answered this questionaire. Access to and from the Travelodge. The WiFi in the rooms was weak and unable to connect several times on different days. We requested a additional pillow from housekeeping but never received. The hotel is in a repair mode currently with painting the exterior going on. This is very much needed along with a better cleaning of carpets and upgrades to the rooms. Beds were uncomfortable room smelled smokey in non- smoking room. very noisy, people running and slamming doors until 3 am. smokers smoke on bottom floor rose up to us on 2nd floor. They were painting the building during my stay and I had to park a little far from my room. The television remote controller did not work. There was a huge red stain on the curtains... Blood? Ew. The free breakfast pretty much only consisted of juice, danishes, some stale bagels and two options for cereal. Meh. It was noisy after being at Diseyland for 13 hours, We heard horn going off all night and people yelling. So no one and my family got any rest the next day we were very tried. Last night staying at the motel we no power And no parking spaces at night. I found the place really ran down and the outside area was filthy. The room was OK but qI think there are better hotels in the area for the same price. Bathroom sink handle didnt work properly. The shower was extremely low. Im 5'8" and had to tilt my head down to get my hair wet. Wifi sucked. Breakfast consisted of frosted flakes and one other cereal, wrapped up rolls and bagels. Bevgs- coffee, apple and oj. mold in bathroom, when showered pincher bugs in bathroom smelled old.. - Room smells bad - Floor is dirty. The carpet is very old - Internet is extremely slow - TV has only ONE channel!. The hotel needs to be serviced for roaches. The shower had mold. The carpet was dirty. The mirror was stained. The bed & furniture was old & arranged poorly. The continental breakfast was cereal, red apples, small plain bagels, cheap powdered juice & cheap sweet rolls. Also out of coffee. If I had to describe in a few words: "CHEAP & DIRTY". The carpets in the room were filthy. We actually had to go and purchase sandals in order to walk around in the room. The first day we walk in the room barefoot and the bottom of our feet were literally black in seconds. When we addressed this with the staff they said they were sorry and they couldn't move us because the hotel was booked completely. Very dirty both outside & inside the room. Wallpaper falling off. Had to wear shoes the whole time from dirty carpet. The sheets didn't even smell clean. Had hard time sleeping cuz I can feel how dirty the sheets was. Was planning to stay extra night but didn't. We didn't dare going to swim in the pool. Look very dirty also.
