I read all the reviews before I booked it. I must say I was completely satisfied with my experience there. The rooms were good, (nothing to elaborate, but then the price would not have been what it was). The beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great value, helped save money on food, 1 less meal to buy for the kids. I loved the fact that they had a microwave and a rather large refrigerator in the room. all reviews » when we booked the hotel it was so cheap that I looked at reviews online - some were pretty bad - so I was worried - all I can say is that the people who wrote those reviews can't have anything better to do with their time - for the money we paid it was an excellent hotel - with free breakfast included - we stayed there for 3 weeks and the staff were always friendly and helpful - whatever time of the day or night - the rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable - it's not a 5sta. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great, and resupplied when running low on something. We'll be back for sure, but with our own waffle machine ;) wait time and line was too long. Perfect location! Right next to Mex restaurant and market. The Staff are very friendly and professional , the room is big , clean, and convenient for a couple or family. The Night Manager was quick to make us a new key when we needed one:-). Great pool, not too big, easy to supervise children. Nice sized beds, great TV, fun child friendly breakfast (make your own bavarian waffles) choices, comfortable chair and ottoman. Loved the first floor, we needed a break from hauling stuff. The hotel was good. It fit our needs while we were but there was one incident with a lady staff who was overly aggressive. Other than that we had a good stay I wouldn't mind staying there again. I like the breakfast. It was clean, and neat. The shuttle ride was excellent; specialy the day time driver is good intertaining, safe driver as well. It was a decent place to sleep and was close to Disneyland. We had 2 cars and after we checked out, they let us leave one car there for the day. Since I feel I have to pick something, the shower head could have been a little higher for taller people. And the faucet spout could have been longer. But other than that (which is all trivial stuff) I cant think of anything. there's nothing I didn't like - for what we paid, this was an excellent hotel - if you want 5star standard then you should pay 5star prices - I would DEFINITELY stay here again without hesitation. they need 2 waffle makers. The line was literally 45 minutes long on both Saturday and Sunday. Not enough towels. Could've stocked 1 more at least. There was no suttle provided from the Hotel. I had to call a cab to get me and my family to theam parks. The dinning room was too small to accomidate the number of people staying at this location. Sheets could be newer or well sorted for stains. Restroom was a bit small. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced! The continental breakfast could use some additions like yogurt, and other fruits besides just bananas. The tub was clogged. The third floor didn't have vending machines or ice maker. A bit noisy at times. Breakfast hostess first day was great, the second day a different hostess sucked, rude. It is a great facility that can be a lot better with a little bigger dining room. It is always busy and lots of customers, but it has a bigger waiting area that is wasted space... expand the dining room and make the waiting area smaller... you will benefit from it. No complaints!. We wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi Saturday night we went down about 8pm and had to wait 20 minutes for the water to warm up, it never really got to a hot temperature. We were disappointed because the jacuzzi was one of the reasons we selected Ramada. The Continental breakfast was a nice variety of food and good. The only downside was not enough seating area for the hotel guest to sit and eat. I would prefer a light in the bathroom instead of outside the bathroom and I would have liked more than 1 pkt of creamer for the coffee. I did not like the smell of the room. I only have a week every year for going to anaheim again sorry. Breakfast options. It was good, but for 6 days I was hoping for more variances. But I shouldn't complain much it was great. didn't dislike. maintenance of cleanliness esp the waffle maker, other than that, everything is excellent!. I had requested to not have the room serviced but housekeeping still came in. I think there is a disconnect from office to attendants and that was frustrating. Small breakfast room. Barking dog every night in a neighbouring backyard. Breakfast room it's too small. the spa tub did not work in room 319. Not enough towels and the microwave was missing we could not heat up our dinner. They upgraded our room because they needed the double beds and they gave us a king size bed with a jacuzzi, which the jacuzzi didn't work, the toilet backed up, the setting to watch tv was not comfortable and the furniture was very worn looking. We mostly use the room for sleeping, so we just tolerated it. I also think that at the least a 3-4 hours for a cancellation should be allowed before your credit card is charged. Some mold in the bath tile. Tub/shower did not drain. the internet didn't work well. Sorry but we did not like the beds at all...way too hard for our old backs. We needed something more comfortable, maybe a 2 1/2" memory foam topper...they sell them at Costco, unless of course they are available already but we were not aware. It would have been nice to have a larger selection of movies for us who are night owls & have nothing better to do than watch late-night movies. I liked this motel. But the area wasn't as close to Disneyland as we hoped. But seriously the only rooms that were affordable for our extra nights we needed. That's all we needed. (More air circulation in the room, with quieter AC units would've been nice too). Room was stuffy, needed better air flow. A/C noisy. Not as close to Disneyland as we would've liked, (But still a great value for the price). The aircondition is too noisy. The dinning room is to small. I have seen people smoke all over the parking lot area. The room could accomodate 4 adults, yet there were only 3 bath towels, no hand towels and only 2 washcloths.
