We have stayed many times before and the staff is normally so nice and helpful but this trip the girl behind the counter was rude and plain out in willing to accommodate us and we felt as we had interrupted her time and was unwelcome so we choose to find lodging elsewhere we hope the young lady has a better customer appreciation before working a hotel position. Suite was great for family of 6 with two rooms with separate beds-could see Disney fireworks from our balcony Great value for 5 day stay Close to Disneyland-10 minute walk Close to restaurants & shops.

I liked the location of this hotel and thoroughly appreciated the friendly service. The price was also a good value especially with where it was located. It was uncomfortable. What I liked was just a free parking. And kind staff. Other things was terrible. It's close to the Convention, close to Disneyland,close to Cocos restaurant. Excellent food. Location it's only 10 minute walk to Disney. 2 restaurants right next to hotel. I really like the 3 beds and the two rooms. Nothing much as I like about this hotel. But not a problem with us, we were here to go to disneyland. -only 4 channels on TV, none were the Disney Channel and we were at Disneyland! -could not access internet -lack of light fixtures, very dark in room, lack of plugins, no mirror in extra bedroom -walls were thin, easy to hear family next door but thankfully they were doing the same thing we were - getting up early to see Disneyland, going to bed by 11pm. outdated and old-looking, not enough electrical outlets, cheap towels and bedding, renovations made it a little noisy. The kitchen only has a fridge and a microwave. No stove and no dishes like a time share but still a great little set up. The pool was never open an I was looking quiet forward to that also. TV had bad reception A/C was really loud. Nothing. Sheets on bed. some staff were very rude and some were very nice. Rooms were not cleaned as it should have been on request. Towels r so small in size requested big towels but was not available. The towels can fit a child it was not for adults. And also the towels were so worn out, old. The bath rugs were not cleaned and it was turned upside down when the room was request for cleaning. Old facility, not kept up professionally (interior maintenance looks like it was done sloppily by amatures-- and I do this kind of work as an amateur--i do much better work!). Wifi in room did not work. Did not take. Floors were very dirty, spilled some water on floor and we used the bath towel to mop up, white shows alot. Room needed paint you could see exactly where the closet was from the black marks on ceiling, they could only find one key other was missing, doesnt make you feel very safe. No phones in room, people upstairs were too noisy in the middle of the night. The tub was clogged. I didnt like the mirror case in the bathroom and the dirtiness around the bathroom window. I also dont like how they issue regular keys for the room, unlike many other hotels that use cards to enter the room. Rooms are outdated Doesn't have basic items like blow dryer, ironing board/iron, etc. Floors are dirty. Cancellation policy. Dirty swimming pool. Old box television. Entertainment center over to side not convenient for viewing. Cheesy faux marble linoleum in bathroom. Dirty looking shower- even my 12 year old daughter wouldn't shower there. Really bad"continental breakfast", low quality muffins, choice with ground in it, no fruit or yogurt or real bread products which is customary at most continental breakfasts. Young man at check in was not helpful with directions and information. Very poor lighting in the room, suite didn't look anything like the picture on the letsbookhotel.com site. the bathroom needs some remodeling. needs renovating, better television service. dark some windows blocked. VERRRY disappointed!!. The cleanliness of this room was fair and thw sink actually had a leak that filled a bucket which we had to empty out every night. letsbookhotel.com got my date mix up. Lucky me Joshua was his name fix the problem, we got 4 rooms like it should.Disappointed again when we get in the room. Towels very small, no wash towel.they don't clean the room very well.Breakfast are coffee and small muffens. I was not satisfied. Oh make sure bring hair dryer and iron just incase you ask for it, they say they will bring it. They did not. Paper thin towels and only 2 of them. No remote for TV. Neither lamp worked. Parking is terrible. it was dirty and mold in the bathroom. The housekeepers, they didn't clean our room on our 3rd day until we got back from Disneyland at midnight.we slept with our room messy and no clean towels since we were all tired we just dealt with it.never coming n this hotel ever.... They did not make the room while we stayed, needs some restoration. Very run down building. It was a step above living in on the street. - Breakfast is only cake + coffee. - Family suite is without no coffee maker / other kitchen facility. - Hotel old facility. - No early booking - Stuff is not flexible. Misrepresented on the internet.I also miss about 1000 USD out of my account since I have been there, I am busy with investigation and upon clarity take the necessary steps. Nothing like pictures advertising place looked like never updated or changed since 50's very dingy and dumpy and way over priced for what you get no standard amenities would never stay again and said one block but 5 or six to entrance to Disney looks like never up kept just take your money and don't worry about making place nice we had a kitchen but nothing in it and refrigator completely ice over never defrosted not even hair dryer and no towels in bath too dirty to use bath anyway. Long walk to Disneyland. Lied about condition. This is a very very low end place. More like a pay by the hour motel!. Staff did not seem to care about concerns, did not follow through with requests for a 2nd room key, towels or a request to speak to manager. There never seemed to be a sense of urgency or customer service. On our 4th day, the ceiling above the bathroom was leaking water and we woke up to a wet bathroom floor and the ceiling continued to leak for another 2 hrs. I will NEVER book a hotel room here - ever. Room was very run down. Old crusty linen, dirty old mattress's, small dirty rooms. No phone, no iron, no alarm clock. Way over priced for the room. In no way was it a suite! The furniture looked like it was from a old yard sale. Horrible, horrible place. The rooms were not worth the money. The staff was rude. We had to switch rooms and when we did that room was even worse. No Internet when they said they had it. No microwave or refrigerator when they said they had it. Not worth going back. Dirty, very old and not kept up, no wifi even though it is stated to be available, no coffee in room, no blow dryer, coffee in office but no sugar, television had horrible picture and some channels had no sound,very poorly maintained. I feel like in the website the rooms look clean and very comfortable butthen when they show u the room in person is horryble the lights don't work the ac is old and everything is so dirty the bathroom is dirty too I don't recommend this to any one they say Disneyland is close but is not is far. everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Damaged and poorly repaired ceiling, tiny room, tiny bathroom with loose floor tiles, dingy and very out dated shower tile enclosure, poor ventilation, and generally a disgusting place to stay even at half the price we paid. Terrible!. Room was way small. Pool ice cold. Breakfast - continental was a joke. Muffins small and coffee. No place to sit.
