The location was perfect for Disneyland. We parked when we arrived and didn't use the car again until we left for home. There are plenty of food options close and the pool is great as well. The hotel was clean and the service was great. One of the elevators was down one day and they had it up and running by the next time we checked. I accidentally have my parking ticket back to the desk with my key upon check out and when I went inside to explain they gave me another one, no questions asked.

We loved all the facilities like the pool area, inexpensive breakfast buffet, gym, laundry, business centre were great. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel is very close to Disneyland and the ART bus stops right outside the hotel if you need it but it is only 3 blocks to walk to the park gates. You can watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel pool side at night..no need to pay extra for a room with the fireworks view. Nice pool side and firepits at night. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Nice room, good location, staff exceptionally helpful. A nice place to stay. Front desk most helpful, especially Cesear (?) who was most helpful in booking a range of tours and transferes. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was good and correctly priced. Would recommend to my friends. Happy stay. The restaurant was always empty so no waiting. The food was cheaper than ihop next door and the quality was good. A lot of food for your money. The pool is not crowded either. Can watch fireworks from the pool. Perfect for walking to convention center nice 10 min walk. I like the girl who helped me though I was a little annoyed she didn't get my room right the first and second time but she was very pleasant and tried to please - because of her attitude I would return to stay here!. I really adore the room decorations. I felt the room was simple yet classy and had everything I needed in it. The bed was comfortable and theyre were plenty of towels in the bathroom which was very well lit. The place is 5 minutes away from the convention centre. The room was a bit smaller than I am accustomed to at Red Lion chains. Otherwise it was wonderful. Having to pay extra for parking. Would have been nice to have a small jug for milk when having tea at breakfast instead of having to use a glass and then try to pour the milk into the mug! Spilt it every time!!. It would not be worth mentioning!. Make sure if using debit card that you are prepared for $40.00 per day incidental to be taken off. To avoid this have them run it as credit. Few choices on the menu. We did not like the pasta. We are from the south. We would like to have grits for breakfast if possible. Parking!!!!! $14 a night!!! Ridiculous...my rental car was $18 a day!!! Hotel shuttle is not available..you have to catch the city bus at $5 a person if you don't want to walk to Disneyland. And breakfast buffet is $10 a person age 7 and over!. I have no complaints. I did not like that parking was $14 a night. But I can deal with that after loving everything else. Price was fair, but there were lot of extra taxes not communicated beforehand. Bathroom floors need to be clean they where dirty. Bathroom floor had pi around toilet really nasty. at 6AM, the fire alarm went off and we have to vacate the room and it turn out it's a false alarm but not really a big issue, at least fire alarm works right! :). There was a Deca convention when we were there so using the gym or the pool was impossible. I really wish I could have enjoyed these amenities. I was looking forward to it. THE breakfast was insufficienti. The prices in the cafe where they sell bottled drinks and food to go was the same price as in disneyland. Could be cheaper. Maid came to clean when we in the room and never returned. Room was never cleaned our last day. We needed more towels. Took a few calls to get some clean towels. Parking fee is $12 plus. Internet did not work. I was bumped by the fact that we were allotted a room right infront of the parking lot. Which made me unhappy. 1 thing, paying for hotel parking? It doesn't make sense. Should be complementary plus is an outside parking. Restaurant environment was a sports bar, lacking in warm relaxing atmosphere. Also needs help with cooking. Gym hours are from 5-10am where I think should be 24 hours since you need to be a hotel guest to access. The fact that I have to pay for the parking daily.... The price could have been better, also the fact that we had to pay a resort fee, which was not clearly stated in the initial booking. The fact that only 1 elevator worked in our section. Towels could have been softer. Would like breakfast to be included in the hotel stay price and better buffet selection. Buffet selection was limited prefer a better selection with more kid friendly items. coffee maker in the room was dirty. Had to pay extra for parking. No hot tub!!. Some items in room needed attention, e.g. door on fridge a bit tired. no vents in bathrooms very stuffy rooms. They charge you for room service upfront even if you do not use it during your stay. They put charge on your visa as pending. When you check out you are shocked to see the extra charges. They latter explain to you the fees will be less. I thought they made a mistake as my bill was 123.00 more! I was upset. I also did not like that I had to pay for parking each day. nothing.
