  Front desk staff were very friendly and organized! Very helpful finding us transport to our concert venue. Shuttle driver to the airport was excellent. We are planning to come back in Feb. 2014! - The hotel is very clean and comfortable. . even peaceful and quiet although close to the airport.

  Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Excellent location for exploring Oakland and for transport links to San Francisco by ferry, bus and BART. Beautiful lounge area for relaxing by the fire with complimentary coffee or tea. Great pool with fantastic views of the marina. Will be back sometime - Lovely position, comfortable beds, well equipped bat... what people say » hroom, excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Nice to have windows which could be opened. Good pool area.
