  The Hotel Staff was excellent .The shuttle driver Irene picked me up at the Airport and then went to the desk and checked me in . The desk called my room after checking in to make sure everything was ok with the room . The restaurant staff provided great service and was very freindly . I stay at hotels about 20 days a month for business and this h... what people say » otel staff was far exceptional compared to others . - I am not from the Columbus area. I asked a woman at the front desk about some good places to eat. She told us about the area around the Nationwide Arena. But she went one step further and printed out directions from the hotel to the downtown area. I thought this was extremely helpful and very nice.

  Large rooms, good service, friendly breakfast room, unusually good pool and pool area (and abundant towels when we were there), overall attractiveness, and location. - The layout of the room is excellent. Well thought out. Made the stay very comfortable.

  I was so amazed, I knew what they were suppose to look like, from the website. But it was exactly the same beautiful. I will come back, I will recommend to others, we travel quit a bit. So I look forward to visiting other hawthorn suites by wyndham thank you so much. The bed was so comfortable, it was clean, smelled good, all the anmenties, like h... what people say » ome, the bathroom was very nice, the toilet was clean, amazing just amazing. - Extremely affordable; the service was amazing, the suites were very nice. We came up for the weekend to attend a fitness expo and this suites were very relaxing to return to after each long, busy and semi-stressful day. There were about 43 of us and the management did their best job to keep us all close-by.
