  Location is convenient to Chattanooga attractions. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room had a king-sized bed, plus a sofa-bed sitting area, a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker, Wi-Fi, and a 32" LCD HD TV. The bathroom is spacious too, especially with all the counter space. On top of all that, the price was reasonable. - The breakfast buffet staff was wonderful! They were extremely cheerful and pleasant to be greeted by in the morning. The desk and lobby staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large! Very enjoyable stay.

  The hotel and room were clean and they are updating and improving the hotel. Staff were super nice and check in was efficient. Everything was ready on my arrival. Breakfast has enough assortment to feed any family. A/C worked great. No complaints really. For the rate of the room I was super pleased with the entire stay. - The hotel staff was... what people say » nice. Front desk lady offered a discount to us since we had several dogs. I have read previous reports about frozen waffles. That is a lie. They have a waffle maker there. Free breakfast was great.
