The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.

Our welcome from Geoffrey on reception. We were tired after our transatlantic trip plus the 2 hours getting through immigration and customs and waiting for the airport buses to get us there but when we were greeted by Geoffrey in such a warm and genuinely friendly manner, all our stress disappeared. Wanted a hotel close to the airport as we arrived late after a long flight. Very easy to find, lovely staff, parking is cheap, and the room is lovely. Room is very big, amazingly comfortable beds (like sleeping on a cloud!) and excellent shower. Very good value for money. -
