  I liked the convenience of the hotel and its proximity to the Austin airport. I had an early flight and the hotel staff ensured that the shuttle was on time. I also appreciated that the breakfast buffet was available even for those who were leaving on the 5:00 am shuttle. The desk staff and the van driver were very personable and professional. ... what people say » - Very nice persons in reception, got really good help when my flight tickets had been cancelled by airlines mistake. Comfortable beds, quiet area. If you have a car you can reach downtown Austin within 10 minutes. Tried the local bus once, but it took almost one hour.
