  free upgrade from classic to premium room on check in very attentive housekeeping staff knocked every evening to check if more water etc. was needed. good area for supermarkets, pharmarcies, full range of restaurants from fast food to more upmarket, very close to all the sights - Good hotel, nice staff, location to tradecenter very good.   i have visited dubai many times but on this occasion i had to travel on my own with the children which was daunting but the hotel made it so easy, i couldnt recommend it enough!! facilities were fantastic and had everything you could want. - The lush ambience of the garden, in which the room complexes are situated.
