  The hotel is perfect at all, room service, front desk and staff are special the best. - They had 24hr reception and were quick to confirm my booking. Breakfast was good even though I only made it 10min before they packed it up.

  Excellent location. The proximity to Baniyas Square and City Centre. Very clean, very spacious and comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and was fantastic for the family.   It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.
