  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  Excellent location. The proximity to Baniyas Square and City Centre. Very clean, very spacious and comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and was fantastic for the family. Staff are great. - We arrived received with all egards furthermore our Appartment was still beeing cleaned so we were upgraded to another appartment to avoid waiting.
