  I liked the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. There were seven of us from one family (3 generation) and every one loved the partments.We tried the gym and love it. appropriate equiptment were provided which suited every ones need. The young ones and myself loved the roof top pool and the staff provided us with towels/... what people say » creams and kept checking to make sure we were ok. - THE STAFF, they are the friendliest and most helpful staff we have had the pleasure to meet and we have travelled extensively around the world, they go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was quite large and well appointed. There is a personal taxi service which is very affordable, just ask for Massoud, he is reliable and fair priced.

  During my stay in Al Bustan I was privileged to book a club room, which entitles me an access to the Executive Lounge Club, The Hosting and welcome was amazing, I loved the friendly staff and the flexible smooth way of approaching me. Above all the Executive Lounge was just the perfect place for me to relax after my exams, my I enjoyed spending... what people say » my leisure time there I can choose to watch the TV or non, I seized the free internet in the lounge, The refreshment were various and nice. I am so - Nice staff We recommend booking the Executive-Lounge deal; it includes internet, food (morning, afternoon, evening) and tea, coffee, juices, water, but no alcohol, which for us was not a problem And Rachael and Jennifer are very friendly and helpful It's quiet in the corridors and during the night Good food Quite close to the Dubai Women's Higher Colleges of Technology, which is why we booked at Al Bustan Centre & Residence
