  Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie... what people say » s in the mall and walk back to room.. Free internet connection.. - We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

  Very impressed with the room. All the staff very helpful. I will stay here again. - The staff were lovely and we felt it was excellent value for money. Plus very close to Mall of Emirates! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends/family.

  The studio apartment was really clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were helpful. The pool was great. It was very quiet inside, and we were unaware of other residents. Taxis were plentiful from outside at all times. We would definitely stay here again. - The staff were friendly.
