  Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. Would recommend this hotel without reservation. - The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

  There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints.   Me and my husband spent 3 nights in the hotel. The most surprising thing was that our room was equipped with a small kitchen with all the utilities including a washing machine and a dryer. The buffet in the restaurant is amazing. One of the nights I ordered food into the room and again it was more than great!   It's great. This is my 5th time there. Rooms are very well designed, arranged and equiped. Rooms are really big and comfy. Location is good and in the heart of the city. There is a mall opposite to the hotel, only you have to cross the street. Resturants are very close like 2 mins walking distance. Everytime i enjoy my stay there and i recommended... what people say » it to many of my friends and colleagues. - For business purpose it was outstanding it had wi fi free every in the hotel which is uncommon. It had a great breakfast which came with lovely service. The room service dinner was surprisingly good and came from the same restaurant as breakfast. It had a great conference centre, gym and pool with a beautiful setting check out face book for my photos.

  I had two-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Spacious, clean and quite. Nice pool on the roof and fully equipped gym. Food was tasty. - Location is very good, in the middle of city, also close to al Wanda shopping center.
