Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments.   The staff made our stay at Citymax very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and friendly. The porter's were vey nice and helpful, nothing was to much bother for the staff in general including the diningroom staff. Our room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable, we were on the 13th floor eventhough we do not smoke, ... what people say » we found it very quite and the bed was very comfortable. My overall opinion of the Citymax Hotel is nothing but positive and we will definitely stay t - Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of.   Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. Yes there were working girls but they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.

  I made use of the gym, it was nice though not fully equipped as things like skipping rope was missing, overall it still served the purpose. the bar downstairs was also good as they served alcohol hence no need to look elsewhere. The metro was not far away and 15mins walk will get you there. - This was an excellent value for money hotel. Felt maybe a little bit B-class, but had everything you would need. Clean, a lot of staff in reception, bar, restaurants, pool... Overall all good! If/when we get back to Dubai we could stay at this hotel again. Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro, 10min walk to Bur Juman shopping centre. Free shuttle to Dubai mall and beach.

No rooms were available at the moment we arrived, but the staff was ok with us sleeping on the lobby couches. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.

  We needed a twin room just for one night. The room was really nice, much better than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed to print my checkin receipt and they were happy to help. - They have a very friendly and accomodating receptionist at the lobby.

  We stayed in this hotel as we had 14 hours to wait in Dubai until our connecting flight and just wanted somewhere cheap to get our heads down. We got a taxi from the airport which took about 15 minutes. The rooms were clean and we cant really complain. It wasn't in a great area but the taxi in the morning to Dubai Mall was cheap and only about 1... what people say » 0 minutes away so wasn't too bad. - My stay in this hotel was nice, Staff was cooperative and have good knowledge about the city and they are always ready to help the guest. Receiption was also good. Furniture and cleaning was fine. I would definitly recommend to stay in this hotel.

It was in an interesting part of the city. It was very good value for money. The swimming pool was big and clean.
