This brand new hotel is situated at the end of the Palm Jumeirah. Its location also makes it very quiet and unique. One of the few - if not the only hotel - that overlooks Dubai. The hotel theme is Turkish/Eastern although this is not imposed on the visitors. The rooms are very spacious with coffee and tea making facilities for the British visitors and everything one can wish for really. There is a beach with netted areas for protection from jellyfish that rarely make their appearance. There ar.

İt takes some time to reach the city centre. But the city centre is crowded. Thereby, location of the hotel is suitable to relax. İt is like a heaven. We are turkish and it is turkish hotel. We are able to eat baklava and simit and menemen and kebap.. All of them are very delicious. Hotel staff makes our life in here . Rixos is w wonderful-out of the city- Hotel..excellent rooms (with their own sunbeds!)..service is great and Staff are always smiling and helpful..It's in the far end of the palm (literally the end of the road) so It's excellent location for people seeking rest. Taxis are available but sometimes you would need to wait 10 minutes or so (better to call and request for one)..Breakfast is great..Rixos is far from the city so the nearest places to eat are either in the hotel , Atlantis or Palm (shor. The reception staff (Hanah) and the Manager (Amit) deserve a very special mention as after a long flight from Australia they were particularly attentive and so very welcoming, from the second we arrived and you can tell they love their jobs and the guests that come here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and your fantastic Hotel. We will be back again asap!. Room was pretty cool; upgraded to a Junior Suite with great views of the Burj and distant skyline. The room itself was big, comfortable, with great light and facilities in general. The staff on the whole were lovely too. Wifi worked well, room service prompt, gadgets all good and bed super comfortable. This room had two balconies which was a nice addition, great news if there is more than 1 of you in room. First time: i forgot my phone on the car when iback from club & im so drink so next day the security bring it to me. Second time: when i was make checkout, also i been harry so im forgot my phone agin on the room, hhhh . So im called them & return it to me. I really enjoyed the amazing bathroom. The bed was very soft and the customer service was outstanding. I celebrated my girlfriends birthday there and they upgraded us to a junior suite and even put rose petals on the bed that spelled out happy birthday. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and recommend it to everyone. The staff are amizing they helped us to make reservations for Dubia Atractive activity such as Burj Khlefa , Butj Alarab , Dubai Helicopter for the basic prices . Ahmad and Karem were really good to us . They even made an upgrade from premium suite to senior which 2 upgrades . The hotel was an amiziiiiiing place. The hotel is really great! the location is amazing and the facilities are awesome! and the room is really nice. the biggest highlight would be the staff.. they were very friendly, helpful and super sweet. especially Hanan and Raya. i really cannot thank them enough for they have been great beyond words. View from the room, restaurants, staff, free internet (but quite slow), bath cosmetics, reach breakfast, nice garden, good prepared beach with towels and umbrellas, great influence of F&B Italian director, fantastic food in The Salt and L'Olive restaurants. A small omission is the absence of any English newspapers - there are only Dubai ones available.Another thing we noticed is that personnel at breakfast tend to always forget your coffee or otherwise order, due to heavy load of work probably. Sauna was under constucture due to end of season in hotel. But we dont care since rest of things were excellent:). Airport shuttle does not exist. Check in was a bit of a joke with staff faffing; when you got a good member on your side though it was seamless (hence the upgrade). Bathroom looked amazing but the shower flooded everything which was a bit ridiculous. The price of the dinner buffet was a little high, but it was all worth it. food... we tried everything. lunch and snacks at the pool. dinner and breakfast buffet. room service and even the BBQ at White X .. and mostly they were bad. i think they should reconsider their kitchen because the hotel is really amazing. Room was demolished (main door, ac switches, wardrobe, hangings - repaired immediately after request), bell boys trying to send you with hotel taxi (2-3 times more expensive that the city taxi), hotel is overpriced, as well as restaurants and wine,. No iron or ironing board in room as described in the room description. If you go for shopping, The Palm is far from the center and the hotel which is right at the end of the Palm has a magnificent view on the city but is 40 minutes to the airport. The water from the shower runs into the toilet side making it slippery. Absolutely nothing, except that i like the AC of the room to be too much cold the room we had was fine (not hot at all) but not to the coldness i like. Due to the somewhat remote location of the hotel. The current shuttle transportation to Emirate mall should be better. Also additional stops should be included such as Dubai mall and to the airport Cost of AL cart food and drink very expansive this have led me to be very careful and ended up paying less than I usually pay for these items inside the hotel. the spa was under maintenance :(. I guess hotel taxi which is more expensive than city taxi . But hotel staff is more than happy to call city taxi when required. Came to the door far too often, which sometimes disrupted our relaxation time. Only one thing, making sure of cleaning & organizing the bedsheets properly. The drive around the palm is tedious. Speed bumps r off putting. Pool could be retiled. Better bar menu perhaps. Better priced restaurant deals would b good. Although the food was good, the buffet restaurant, it Was Very Modest. It was okay for a two night stay, but would have gotten old after a week. There was no place outside where you could escape the cigarette/ shisha smoke. I just hated how good they r hahaha. swimming pool need more shadoo on the bar side plus when they serving they are in defferent level not nice the pool can be done in better way. Check in and checkout process takes unnecessary long time!. nill. slow checkin and pricy. There was some maintenance problem that has been solved quickly Even though i was no happy with certain things, one of the managers called to apologize which i appreciate a lot. - there was not an iron in the rooms ! - a bit isolated and some times it takes time to find taxi. I believe in holidays you will not find one ! son either you have your own car or you dont mind using the hotel taxi !. The location of this hotel is pretty remote. A bit remote from city, 30 minutes by shuttle bus. None. The service of the pool restorant.they are vary poor service. a bit far from city center, but there are regular free buses to Mall of Emirates and water taxi what makes location convenient; prices for food a bit expensive. Very far from city Dubai with no metro station for shopping ,and from time to time very laud noise from machinery or air conditions installed over building in front of main hotel building. just the pillows wasn't that comfortable. Shuttle bus was not on accurate time of arrival for last pick up from Emirates mall which was on 9:30 Also, it was full because not all dropped off earlier went back so they crowded to go back for last ride and one bus was definately not enough. the room needs some maintenance.
