6 nights.Executive club room . The Hotel is so close to the dubai mall. Burj Dubai . just few minutes walking .. nice hotel.. very nice rooms at the ground floor.. access to the pool and the garden.. good breakfast.. the staff take always the extra step to help .. I was lucky to see the opnning of burj Khalifia ( burj Dubai) .. so nice.. make sure to visit the tower it is worth seeing. .

Nothing!. when the check out , they charge me some staff more than i did realy take from the menebar. but after i checked the bill the removeit.!!!. chef at 24 hour bar did not deliver meals in accordance with the menu promised. the rooms were a little small - however they were beautifully finished. taxi service was lacking, not to blame the hotel but rather the Dubai taxi companies.No. the room service menu needs to be more varied. only 1 thing to mention: upon departure our car was prepared, with the engine on and ready to go: pitty the luggage staff did not load our bags and we almost left without luggages (wasn't it for my dad;-))... it should be a standard procedure to leave the trunk open for the guest to check. everything else has been really good. Located next to large building site. the fact that the pool is in the shade after 3.15pm and that all around it is a construction site. Prices. I tell the reception that day it was my universary (wedding day) and i want some candels..but they didn't send any things,,, even small card!!. Getting a taxi was not always quick and easy.Too many building activities around the Hotel. The room was not fully clean , soop was missing and some other thingsfrom the room. And it was smily . the A.c was not working. it does not apply to the hotel but it is a fact. the ongoing construction in the area around the hotel made it really hard to find. they should automatically send an up to date map with exact instructions along with the booking confirmation email. the routs at that area are nothing like what they look like in a standard map or even an electronic one!. extremely hard to get taxi. The access to the mall via walking due to construction nearby. little noisy.This was an expensive hotel - there was no hot water - I spoke to the front desk about it in the morning - nothing was done about it. I spoke to the front desk about it that evening - nothing was done. the price of food and beverlege very hi more than any hotel in dubai the same level.in future they will lose alot of customer.Given a smoking room which we specified not to have which smelled awfuland room faced directly out on very noisy construction.
