I can recomend this hotel. It is close to Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall as well as to Metro Station and main road to Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Large rooms with all equiped for self catering: full equiped kitchen, washer, ironing, microwave oven. The entire area was an excellent location for me as I was visisting friends. Good facilities both nearby and in the hotel and within walking distance of excelleny shopping mall.
all reviews » I like the style of the room and the bed is comfortable... great location , great value and great rooms. The room was nice and cozy with a big balcony! The hotel was very close to the school we had come to visit. Size and faclities within the room, good buffet style breakfast, vg staff. Despite that it is a marketed as apartments it has a fully fledges service just as a normal hotel. The location was excellent for me as I was visiting companies close to Jebel Ali and the traffic inside of Dubai can be horrific. It's a very cheap accommodation for the purpose. The Room House keeping was very good.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Hotel prices through LetsBookHotel.com were a lot cheaper than the hotel could offer. Hotel itself is very new however so many things already need improving. Cleanliness, service efforts, a lot to be improved if it is to be a big success. Close to work and quiet. good clean hotel. . Bed and location. The location is good. None. the food is not that interesting... All I would suggest is that some FandB is in the fridge as a welcome pack, even if it is just a bottle of water and some coffee/tea/creamer as if yiou arrive late, there are no shops in the immediate vicinity.There should be some directions/signboard to the hotel on the main road. In the room there should be a complimentary welcome pack having some water bottles, teabags, sugar.... The room could have done with a double bed only and addition of a couch rather than a single bed. More usable for non sleeping time.There should also be some furniture on the balcony during the cooler months. The internet connection is very slow. internet. I really wish that they would add more dishes to the Breakfast Buffet. It was rather small. I also advise them to take more care of covering the drinks and food in the buffet. I mentioned many time that the bathroom was not cleaned in a good way, but no action was taken. rates could be better. No complimentary coffee and tea powders or dish washing detergent (hotel apartment??). The staff are not knowledgeable of the facilities. The internet was not working the first 5 days of my stay. The breakfast menu is just 3 to 4 selections. Also the rooms were not cleaned very well. the fitouts is soo weak by pulling the curtain the whole curtain fell on my friend and for them it was normal. NO concern about the incident very very bad experince.
