Price is good its really budget friendly, I don't have any problem with my booking whatever I have requested on my booking is being granted, my parents stayed there for 21 days and they enjoy the vacation they feel at home, this is good for those who wants a peaceful environment. I love the housekeeping staff very much. I will book again next time. Location is very good, very close to Al Rigga metro station and close to Old Dubai and to the Airport. It takes 20 min by metro to reach Dubai Mall from Al Rigga. The Room is spacious and clean. I also liked that there was a Supermarket in front of the hotel perfect to bring things to the room and prepare breakfast.
all reviews » I stayed here for one night on the 15/11/13. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was checked in at 1:30pm, 30 mins before the due check-in time and upgraded to a one bedroom apt. The rooms are excellent, clean, modern with all facilities. The location was perfect for me and it was easy to get taxis. Excellent location- just minutes to the metro or taxi anywhere, rooms were nice in size, everything was clean, staff nice. Pool was small but my kids loved it. We would definately stay here again.... We were pure vegetarian so it's good as indian veg restaurants are only 1km away. The Hotel is located very close to Al Rigga metro station and Al Rigga street where you can find several shops, restaurants and cafés. We booked a very large apartment with lot of space. The reception is manned 24 hours. Very good price value!. staff helpful, location, large apartment/room with lounge, kitchen, two toilets etc quiet with no outside noise from the busy streets. lots of shops, restraunts, fast food / take aways very close by. ease of getting a taxi no need to book. the suite is big enough with good facilities. I did not notice any noice though it was very close to airport and busy street. There are glocery shop nearby where we can grasp something to cook for ourselves in the kichen. Good value. Everything about the hotel was great... jerry was excellent at the reception as well as the other staff. i felt that the staff are tired noticed that from there body language..thank you for the upgrade.. nice spacious apartments. location is very special , near to Algurair mall and Alrigga sidewalk the prise is fair compairing with other hotels less than Auris staff were very kind and helpful that was the the 4th time for me in Auris. the staff, location and hotel itself is excellent, jerry haiwot and lina are very caring thumbs up for them. very friendly reception and everbody is helpful. nice small pool to the pass the evening. I liked the location, the value for money, the free covered parking, the free wi-fi (in lobby only) and the proximity to the metro (5 mins walking). they were very cooperative when i asked them to extend my stay many times based on my first reservation rate which was the lowest at that time. I have stayed in Auris more than three times. I have never had any issue. It is a clean, organized and well located hotel. We stayed for 2 nights .. it was a memorable stay for me and my husband. We loved the apartment so much and the location. I had sent a mail , requesting for a room to be made available for us at 4am and I am glad that the request was granted. I like hotel rooms but bed bugs in some rooms even which we stay in that same room we face bed bugs , all others ok . Maybe they should refurbish the the furniture, the sofa was smelly, incomplete utensils like knife, fork, drinking glass, cup and saucer etc. No wi-fi. When I arrived to the hotel the manager told me that my room was cancelled! Supposedly I was going to pay by cash when I arrived to the hotel but without my knowledge the hotel tried to withdraw the entire amount while i was travelling in the plane to Dubai without success. So they cancelled my reservation and it was a big problem!! all the hotels were fully booked and we lost a lot of time trying to find a substitute solution for that night!. I was pleasantly surprised that downstairs a 'salon' is attached to the hotel. However, it was quite shabby inside so I didn't have any treatments. Definitely room for improvement there. Breakfast was ok - everything was almost empty and the combinations didn't work. This could be done much better too. However, the coffee was good :-). No wireless internet. You see a crowd sitting in the lobby to use the wifi that's available there. The kitchen utensils were missing and also not clean. Better to bring your own soap and clean yourself. wifi only available in reception/dinning area, but the wifi is fast and reliable. the sofa is too small in the living room that only very small person can sleep on it. It was a delux suite we reserved so I expect it to be able to accomandate three persons. the only thing they should look into it is the wifi.. there is no wifi in the rooms u have to come down to the lobby if incase you are not travelling with your laptops. some bad smell in the kitchen's drawers. the bedsheet were itchy and caused rashes to us, there should be wifi in the rooms. You have to pay 10 UAD for weak up call. Now wifi in rooms. it will take me a while to sort through what i did not like. i enjoyed the whole experience. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The pots and pans were so old and the bottoms scraped. After using twice, the washing machine broke and water started to leak. The simple procedure of boiling eggs in the cooker set off the fire alarm once. The fire alarm ringing in the corridor, triggered by other occupants became a common occurrence during our 7 nights stay. Stayed at Room no 120, hot water not available, just bit warm. I didn't like the fact that I had to tell the cleaners when and how to clean the room. I expect that they should know what to do and just do their job well. The non-availability of wifi in the rooms was frustrating! Wifi in the lobby is sooooo "old school"... I didn't like that security entered our room with a single knock because reception was unsure if the room was occupied or not. What's that about?. nothing to say. The 10% service charge is annoying. Their response to mail. No wifi in rooms, but cable internet in room worked fine. - The bath water wasn't hot, but wasn't either extremelly cold.. I'm working as Duty Manager in a four star hotel in Dubai. Which I notice was the reception staff was not friendly didn't see a smile on their face. Other than that ever thing was perfect. The pressing iron in the room had chipped at the base and should have been replaced. It's a pity that there's no wireless internet in the rooms. The swimming pool is rather small. And by the way, there was a very annoying guest that was at the swimming pool constantly, making some scary noises and moves. Although he wasn't dangerous or anything, it was pretty inconvenient for the other visitors. Don't expect to get any kind of fast service. I call the front desk for couple of thing but no one showed-up. No WiFi in the room. Response to the rooms issue shouldbe rapid. No free Wifi. There was no much facilities in the kitchen. eg- chopping board, knife, rice cooker, fry pan spoons There was no home slippers. Rooms should have wifi rather than wired internet. Rest was fine. Although the hotel was not full, my request for a 2 hour late checkout was not accepted and they only gave me a 1 hour late checkout. free wifi only at lobby. Response from the staff were slow may be coz there were only few staffs to serve the whole building... need to keep some tea coffee amenities water face towel in bathroom, slipper in cupboard & ofcourse bathrop. No knife in the kitchen. I did not like the speed to which maintenance staff handle faults. I have had to complain severally about the washing machine in the initial room given to me before I had to be moved to another room. nothing.
