all reviews » I loved the whole atmosphere of the Armani Hotel. The hospitality and great friendliness shown on arrival made us feel welcome and not just another guest. Our room was amazing from the moment we stepped into the entrance, walked into the living room, wound round into the bedroom, into a fantastic bathroom with a his and hers vanity, a bath and separate shower, ending into the toilet area. All this in a huge semi circle, with full floor/window length windows looking over Dubai. The restaurants w. The location which is in the highest tower in the world! The design and the luxury atmoshphere. We have requested for a late cheock-out and they have granted us a 30 mins extra -which was as needed-. Morevoer, once we checked-in we requested tickets for the Top of Burj Khalifa and it was granted in minutes! And when we went to the entrance of tower's top, we were instructed that the tickets are open for any day and time which gave us more freedom!. The only word that can describe this hotel is stunning, from the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome and at ease. Our room was breathtaking, we received an upgrade to an immaculate suite on the 39th floor which has to be the nicest room we have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent, always happy and could not do more to assist while keeping everything lighthearted and not too formal. I would not hesitate booking this hotel again. Exceptional service all along our stay .The fact that everything in the room is complimentary is a pleasure , not to have to calculate what you have taken from the minibar is a releif . Every detail has been looked after and even though the design may be masculin and a bit severe it has been designed with comfort in mind and with beautiful matierials . We had fountain suite with balcony sounds great but the balcony had no door thus no acces... We also recognised that the staf has no turistic experiences outside hotel. And when we place bagage to 1 person later tooke long time to get it back by other person. the main issue that i had was with the lifestyle manager ... i called him late at night and he did not answer ... and we also called him for SPA booking at the morning and he did not get back to us. very strange and unexpected is such a hotel. The hotel asks for payment up front based on an estimate of what youre going to spend on extras rather than you simply paying at the end (like normal hotels). If suggests theyve had problems with non-payers!!. no lock for the Bathroom. The hotel is in the lowest floors of the highest tower in the world?!. I didnt like that I didnt stay longer at the hotel. R U serious?!!!. due to so few rooms it is a problem when checkin inn as most guest arrive before 12.00 noon and have to wait for a room after a long flight. Expensive but then again expected - this is very high-end. Nothing at all. Nothing. I had a problem in the first room I stayed in, but they changed it and upgraded my stay immediately. Staff at the front desk were very unfriendly. Decor very drab and dull, food very expensive but mediocre quality, no signage, so hard to find one's way around the hotel. The price is a bit high. swimming Pool. Not cozy or a place to stay for three days. i didnt like the connection to Dubai Mall, there is some construction going on and the no sidewalk to walk on. Lobby is not nice , no decoration at all very dark make depression . No music for example a piano ...etc You get lost to go the the mall . Very far walking to the mall. Rooms are not at high floor , the ambassador suite I was in has no view of the fountain. But is ok. Every thing in the room operating with I POD some time u need 2 mints to put the TV volume high or low ;-). Not cooperative with the late check out I had to pay 50% room charge for an extra 5 hours meanwhile I checked in late around 4 hours late with no compensation. Its very dark inside. In room dinning staff need more training. None.
