    Overview: We liked the Greenery, the nature, the villa style, the comfortable beds, great reception (especially Mr. Waseem/Naseem), fast wifi, how the hotel was close to jabal hafeet and other tourist attractions. We were also upgraded to a villa, which was very nice. There is great security outside the villas where you would feel secure. Things ... what people say » we liked • Staff: Great and very courteous, and responsive. We were offered a free upgrade • Wifi: The Wifi connection was very strong throughout the - Staff are good they respond for all my request as soon as I request. Like one of the staff on duty during my stay I just called once and ask to check out what is going on for one situations that happened. He called me back within five minutes and inform about some mis communication. I like how they sincerely apologise about what happen and I do appriciate it.also the front office manager I appreciate how she respond about the situation.
