  I am grateful to every body in R.B.H, they worked hard to keep everybody happy.clean room. Beech site tidy and served well. The gym , sona and steam room were a bonus. - Massage was amazing , and comfortable .

  The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. I have stayed there on 2 occa... what people say » ssions for 4 nights each time. - The staff was incredible! So helpful and kind!! We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)
