I have been looking forward to writing this review as we had such a great time at the Park Inn. We live in Dubai but often escape the busy city an drive up to Abu Dhabi and Yas Island. Having stayed in quite a few hotels therefore we can honestly say this is our favourite. We truly felt like we were on holiday and at the end of the weekend we didn't want to come home. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived and we were greeted with big smiles. The hotel is so clean and the rooms .

- Front desk is extremely warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Shait Ali at front desk. He is so friendly, kind and helpful even at the middle of the night. - Check-in is very fast and completed without any problem. - Service quality is high, front desk responded your wills very quickly. - I recommend to get the breakfast buffet. The tastes are well and there are varied of choices. - The staff help you in every subject. We have forgot the mobile at the taxi. The security and front desk . The Park Inn at Yas Island provided exactly what it says on the tin. In fact, to be fair, exceeds it because the facilities of the adjoining Radisson Blu are available to Park Inn guests. Very clean, modern décor, very comfortable room, attentive staff and extremely good value during Ramadan. If you stay, you MUST sample the Mexican Amerigos restaurant which has excellent food and is a friendly, fun night out. Well done Zhu and the Sri Lankan Chef, both of whom excelled. Breakfast was good va. - great hotel to relax - hotel cleanliness is of a high standard - Ideal location, if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of city life - staff are very friendly and supportive. In particular, Mr Asim from F&B was extremely helpful and accommodating. He has great customer service skills and manages his staff well and ensures customers needs are met all times, whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism. - the beach pass is a great bonus (Yas Beach). Our room was upgraded and we stayed in their sister-hotel (Radisson Blu). From good & funny staffs till the hotel's room & ambience, our holiday was great & perfect. Plus, it is near to Ferrari World & Waterworld where everyone could enjoy even more. And there is a free ride going to Marina Mall. :) This is the best one so far, and will book another stay in this hotel. two thumbs up!. It is a handy hotel for a stopover, breakfast was terrific. The buffet lunch was fine but not good value for someone who doesn't eat meat. The room was large and comfortable and the wake up call came spot on time. The location close to the airport but on the seaside is really handy for short stopovers and they kindly let me into my room at 9am. There was a very handy shuttle bus to the city. We Stayed at Park Inn by Radisson for 1 night before our early flight home the next day. Perfect location to the airport which was great for us but could have stayed longer as also had a pool and a beach etc for holiday makers. Very friendly service, concierge kindly delivered a UAE adapter to our room for us to borrow and organised our transport to the airport. Would definately recommend. Quiet location and excellent view. Though far from the city center, it is very near to Abu Dhabi's attraction Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World and Ikea and other venues like the F1 Marina Circuit, Du Arena etc. depending on the season. Plus a complimentary pass pass to the private beach with amenities. Breakfast was good with many choices. The staff excelled in all aspects of hospitality - attentive, friendly, professional, helpful and so much more. The room was so welcoming with a faint perfume and soft gentle music and the bed was so comfortable. The bowl of fruit left in our room was so much appreciated. We can only recommend this hotel to any traveller. the hotel is right in the Yas hotels square where all the hotels are. that means you are just where you should be. the hotel is 3 stars but all its guests have free access to the 4 stars Radisson Blu's spa and pool! its only minutes from the F1 circuit. 5 stars staff and amazing receptionists. we also enjoyed the breakfast. Great value for money. Excellent service. The pool area was lovely, looking over the golf course and the water, you can use the hotels pool or walk 50meters to use the pool at the Radisson Blu Breakfast was good, eggs could be cooked to order from the kitchen. For a 3 star hotel we really felt this was a great stay. Although far from the shopping districts, it was away from the congestion of the city.. Very relaxing and close to airport, formula one track, and ferrari world overlooking the gold course and Arabian sea.. Relaxing and enjoyable... The restaurant Amerigo´s was refreshing, and welcoming. Great mexican food!!!. The location is amazing. You get to be close to Ferrari World and Yas Waterpark and you pay a very small amount comparing to other hotels in the same area. I chose Park inn cause its quiet and you can use their pool and the facilities of Radisson Blu, which is connected to it. Lovely colors in the room :D. The view of Ferrari World captured my children's imagination. The birds on the balcony, the lovely terrace of Mint, the pool & playground is perfect for the little ones. Did not notice negative aspects like i've read bellow. Plenty of taxi's in front of the door, free Yas Island express stop nearby and free shuttle to the city. Will only improve when the Yas Mall will open in March 2014. I will return. Friendly and courteous staff, a maintainance of the standard of your facilities . ( furniture and decor ) I first stayed at your hotel about middle of the year in 2010 and the hotel had just been open then and was about 4 months old at the time. It still looks the same. Close to airport, free shuttle into town, clean & cool, nice rooms, airco efficient and silent, good bed, Ali at reception very welcoming and attentive, breakfast had everything (even during Ramadan), nice pool, nice (free) fitness facilities next door in Radisson Blu. Within easy reach of the airport and check-in was fast and efficient after a long trip. The room had a lovely view of the golf course and the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The staff are so professional and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were upgraded to a higher floor with a sea view. Very close to Ferrari world, du Arena and Yas Marina - just a few minutes by car, you can even go walking! As with every visit the staff is professional yet approachable. Management makes sure one is comfortable and looked after. Fresh fruit and water was awaiting us on check-in and we had plenty of time with a 14:00 late checkout. Great place to relax. The Park Inn was a very friendly, clean and efficiently run hotel. Although only rated as a 3 star it gave the service and comfort of a 4 star. Staff were friendly polite and anything we requested was dealt with promptly and with a smile. Very large, modern and stylish room with fast internet. Only a short taxi ride from the airport, so ideal for a stopover during which you want to work and sleep. Fresh and attractive design . - The location of the hotel is little bit far way from the city center and malls. But there is a free shuttle to city and taxi is cheap enough to use. - Parkinn pool area is small but comfortable and clean. If you are not satisfied, you can also use the Radisson pool which is connected directly from the pool area. You have to be staying at any Yas hotel for a reason. Apart from Ferrari World and the new Wild Wadi theme park, there is only the F1 circuit there. Taxi ride to Abu Dhabi is 30 mins, and the Grand Mosque is 20 mins away. Only other issue is that the bar allows smoking, which contaminates most of the other ground floor areas of the hotel, including Amerigos Restaurant. - more recreational provisions can be made for children. No lotion. Toiletries were not refilled. :) 2 person in 2 nights stay with 1 lotion, 2 conditioner, 2 shower gel, 1 shampoo.. :) we have our personal things, anyways.. The shuttle bus drops us off at a shopping mall pretty far from the local markets. Next time I'll check out the Heritage Museum. Well, someone has to have the rooms that look inland. Everything worked fine though. Swimming Pool is too small. There was not one single aspect that we could fault the hotel or staff on. nothing bad about the hotel. only thing negative about the area is that there are no food after 1 am (that means you are obliged to order from room service) and nothing is really going on at the island after 2 am. even deliveries doesnt reach you. The hotel is in the flight path, as are all the Yas hotels. That the hotel forgot my wake up call, I missed my flight.. Miscommunication.. However, the manager, Amit was quick to resolve and handle the ordeal beyond my expectations... Pure professionalism.... The room service is lacklustre... The breakfast buffet scrambled eggs is mushy & the fried noodles is soggy. The towels in our rooms looked old and worn out. We stayed on the 4th floor ( rooms 417 and 418 ) and I noticed the corridor carpets looked like they need changing to compare with the standard ( new) of the ones in the room. The hotel should have its own gym ( after 3 years ). Wi-fi signal in room sometimes gone. The smell of the carpets that were seemingly wet in the corridors. The problem with all Radissoion hotels in UAE, they are trying to cut costs on simple comfortable stuff. What hotel. Doesn't put a shampoo in the bathroom? Seriously?. Nothing really - it was a very pleasant experience providing extremely good value for money, particularly in the UAE. The swimming pool area could be modified to make it more up to the standards. The towels for the pool are bad quality and old. Not overly impressed with the evening buffet. The closest super market was 9 km. City is far away and access to any mall or restaurant is limited apart from hotel's own restaurant. too many kids in the pool, thats a bit mean, but it is true!. Resturants, Menue.. Went for dinner at 8:30 pm and one resturant had all tables either occupied or reserved, was told to go to other resturant or to other hotel:-/ went to Mint (other resturant) but they had buffet for some private companies guests only & ala carte was available in room only :-/ and it took room service 1 hour to deliver right dinner & serving size wasn't enough:-(. Breakfast was not this much.p. The airpot was close to the hotel so it was many plane over and I could hear the nose from the room but that nothing to do with them and the other think is the valet parking was poor cause they take long to bring your car. this is not a hotel the charme but a functional business hotel. the hotel is close to the airport and the noise can be sometimes a problem, for the small children. Unfortunately a late check-out could not be arranged. I didn't fancy the mexican bar/restaurant. I was asked to pay at check-in and subsequently I was not allowed to charge anything on my room. 1St couple of nights (out of a total of 3 nights) I had to stay in a twin bed room. N/A. A little remote from the city centre, but I was not going to the city anyway. I did not like the fact that I had to leave at the end of my stay .
