  The Staff were extremely helpful. They did their best in fulfiling my requests for speciifc tours etc. Very friendly outlook, always serving with a smile. The Hotel itself is very centrally located, short walk or taxi ride to most things. Very clean Hotel.   Because the "Alex" is the only Hotel that I have stayed in in Odessa I do not consider myself an expert. But having stayed in many hotels around the world I will say this rate highly. This is a very upscale area of Arcadia with million dollar homes all around and the Bulgarian Embassy/Consulate just around the corner from the apartments.
