The hotels perfectly situaded right next to the stairs down "thriugh" the Green Zone to the beach and the Italian styled building, mosaic etc. Approx 10-15 walking distance to city (railway station). excellent staff, high quality medical assistance, excellent cuisine; no queuing, no waiting in SPA and pool; although the hotel was booked full it was very quiet.
