Everything was superb. The venue room was ideal and freshly decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and professional. Cathy and her team at the function couldn't have done enough. The whole evening went perfectly. Thank you.

  Stayed there 4 times staff extremely helpful, no problems with noise, room extremely comfortable, breakfast excellent - wouldn't stay anywhere else when in West Midlands. - The golf next to hotel,the staff excellent and very helpfull.The hotel is near all motorways.The food was good.

  I recently stayed at the New Hall hotel and spa as a birthday present for my partner and, the overall stay in the hotel was truly fantastic, the hotel itself is picture perfect, room was amazing and although the food was expensive it was well worth it.
