The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was large and comfortable and had all the basics necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff were effective to the extent that it was not necessary to have much contact with them. Great value for money. New, fresh and modern. comfortable bed, reasonable couch, excellent toilet and bath facilities, really nice and helpful staff. Excellent parking facilities.

Your team tried to make guests more comfortable by switching on the room heater but as I arrived late it had obvously been on for some time and the room was like a sauna...otherwise ok. I'd like a radio available in the exec rooms as the TV didn't seem to pick up any news channels. Oh and a shower cap would have been nice, by the time I'd realised I'd forgotten mine it was too late to call down to reception. Small bath. No dining room. Breakfast delivered to the room - but good quality and plentiful. no elevator to carry large bags. It was out of the way and hard to find, location-wise. Tv dated and limited channels available. Nothing. To get from the bus stop on the road outside the hotel entrance, with cases, I had to climb a slippery, muddy path and negotiate my way over the debris of a broken fence. There turned out to be an incomplete path (shown to me by the manager in the morning) left from some previous era, with muddy sections at both ends - but it added a couple of hundred metres or more and was not signposted.Promimity to the airport for a very early start. Noise from guests walking about on the floor above - is there any acoustic insulation between floors?. No possibility of printing documents on the web station at the reception. the bed could do with a headboard. Lack of catering. Shame about the motorway services as only walking distance place to eat. Food overpriced and rubbish, especially breakfast which was £7.50 without tea/coffee.How the cleaners walk into the room whilst you are still asleep in the morning. A note to say the guest has to put the do not disturb sign if they do not want this to happen would solve the problem. not really, except that the car park was very slippery in the ice and there was a lot of rubbish around in it. someone had clearly tipped out the contents of their rubbish bin!. Would have liked shuttle to airport. room very warm, air con noisy. Lack of food. The room was very hot and we were unable to have the window open due to the proximity of the airport and the motorway!. No shuttle bus to airport.
