Very Good value for money. Close to the mall which has everything from Costa coffee to M&S. Restaurants close by. Easy to walk with my 4 year old son. Very close to the water and there is a lovely park across the road. Central heating so we were warm all night. We stayed in December.

The guest house is close to everything we needed ie shops, seafront and night life but in a relatively quiet location.

If you want a good value short stay break this is OK. Near to beach , shopping and local attractions. Breakfast included in price.
The hotel was ideally situated for picking up from the airport and was

For the price, there was absolutely nothing to complain about!.

If staying longer than 2 nights would choose somewhere more comfortable.
There was suspect wiring for the kettle in the room. The online booking
systems were not clear and allowed a misunderstanding to occur for the
prices of rooms.
Blind in en-suite didn't cover whole window, leaving anyone using the toilet or shower after dark visible from the street.
Car park too small resulting in residents being blocked in and high collision risk.
Strange green fragments, possibly shredded leaves in the bed. I thought it might be a herb of some sort but no discernible smell.
Traffic noise in room.

I don't believe any of the other reviews that you have posted. This was the biggest mistake I made booking here.We had room 2 front bedroom, smelly bathroom, dirty curtains, electrics coming off the wall - don't need to say anymore.
