  I booked this hotel back in November, as a birthday present for my friend as we were visiting Hever Castle for the day and wanted somewhere to stay overnight not too far away. Hotel was fantastic, staff were so friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was as good as I've had at any restaurant. Brilliant value for money and will definat... what people say » ley stay here again. - Room facilities were excellent, including an iron and ironing board which is really helpful when travelling. We left a shirt in the wardrobe and had to return a few days later to pick it up. The way that hiccup was handed was superb. Very hospitable, lovely atmosphere, fantastic continental breakfast.

  Atmosphere, helpful staff, nice surroundings, easy parking. Didn't eat there dinner but dining room was very pleasant. Overall, very good. - Our room was lovely and had recently been up graded. The staff were very helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble.

  We've stayed at the Royal Wells before and would go back there every time. It's by far our most favourite place to stay when we are in that area. It's friendly, relaxiing and extremely clean.   The hotel was good, nice and quiet and the bar next door was nice. The staff were overall nice but the girl in Reception called Alex was an absolute star and could not have been more helpful-she really went above and beyond to look after us and get everything we requested. I by accident left quite a lot of money out whilst I went for breakfast and... what people say » the room was cleaned and the money was not touched, so fair play to the honest staff. - The staff were wonderful - exceptionally helpful and attentive with my post-op mother. Particularly well located room, which was larger than usual, easy for mum to get around. Comfy bed as ever. Freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. Have stayed here a lot and will continue to do so, despite other options being available.
