    We thought that the rooms were well equiped, with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was also in a good location, a nice quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the seafront.     The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. I felt safe there as well as comfortable. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his establishment. The room (and the rest of the B&B as well) was clean and well looked after. I would certainly stay there again. - Great size apartment no.2.     The room was clean and recently refurbished with all the basic needs including internet provided for. Breakfast was pleasant and very good value. I was able to check in late (9 pm) but parking was a bit difficult as no spaces outside and had to use a nearby car park underground but provided with a permit from the hotel. - The position of the ho... what people say » tel, away from the crowded area's, yet access to the main town and the old town was just a 5/10 minutes walk away. The sea view from the room, access to the beach was less than 2 minutes away. Parking in the underground car park just 2 minutes from outside the Hotel was also good.

    Tower House is a beautiful guest house. Each room is well equipped spacious and well designed with an individual feel. I was upgraded and the room was lovely with nice views and very comfortable. For my needs the location was excellent and very peaceful and relaxing. It had beautiful garden and conservatory and even a cat. First time we stayed there was a map left for us with nice restaurants etc marked so we had an idea of where to go.

    My wife and i stayed 4 nights at The Sea Spirit, and from the monet we got there enjoyed it all, Very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well stocked with complimentry tea Coffee etc, Free wifi, The breakfast we had each morning was one of the best i have ever had, real fresh local food, Just a 15 minute walk ... what people say » to the sea front, so near enough to enjoy it, without all the noise of traffic and pubs clubs etc, normally associated with sea front. Also free parki - Lovely rooms and decor, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, I had veggie which was lovely and my partner had full English which she also really enjoyed. There was also the option of continental breakfast as well as other options such as Hastings kippers. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and are extremely helpful. Lovely experience.

    Excellent location. Very close to the town centre and the beach. We went for the Hastings Bonfire Festival and it was literally a couple of hundred meters down the road from the bonfire site and the fireworks. Room (number 2) was clean and fairly large with an excellent small balcony facing the sea. We didn't have any need to contact reception... what people say » however so we have no idea what that service would have been like. Shame the hotel didn't do breakfast but the excellent Bullet Cafe is around the co - The staff are always happy to help,, the room i stayed in was clean and very comfortable, en suite was superb, my room faced the seafront and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there, very quiet hotel in that i was never disturbed by noise from other guests, have to say i enjoyed one of the best nights sleep i have in over 10 years as a sufferer of insomnia. and have to say my only regret was i wasnt staying longer, i intend visiting Hastings again and i will make sure i reserve my room at t
