The restaurant operates under the proprietors' personal supervision, serving seafood and English fare from a varied a la carte menu. There is a bar serving bar snacks, draught lager and local beer, wine and spirits.
The restaurant and bar are seasonal and are open May to September inclusive.

The hotel is open from April to October and is totally non-smoking. There is a large breakfast room, a 30-seater public restaurant, a cocktail bar, a patio, a guest lounge and a left luggage area and public shower for late check-out.

Day trips to the Channel Islands of Guernsey, Sark, Alderney, Herm or the French coast of St Malo are all bookable from the hotel reception.

The hotel can provide items for all weather, such as parasols, buckets and spades, beach mats for sunny days or umbrellas for the rainy ones.

Arrival time and flight (including departure airport) or ferry number must be stated at the time of booking. Guests arriving after check-in hours must contact the property directly for the hotel access code. Please note, check in after 14:00 is only available by prior arrangement with the hotel and is subject to a GBP 20 surcharge. Please note that the hotel does not accept American Express cards. Please note that the nearby public car park charges hourly between 08:00 and 17:00. It is free of charge outside of these hours. Breakfast is served between 08:00 - 09:00. Guests are encouraged to bring their own drinks to the lounge bar area instead of drinking in bedrooms. The dining/bar area is open all day until 22.00 for guests to use at their leisure, to socialize, watch TV, play board games or even eat their take-away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. By Bus Once in Jersey, you can catch the bus to the bus station in St Helier. Then, change to the number 01 bus to Havre des Pas; the sea front at the bottom of Roseville Street.
