  Staff friendly ness, all very approachable and willing especially staff on reception and at the bar. We attended a wedding on Saturday 22 June, and special mention should be given to one of the silver service waitresses.   Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

  all the staff (including the adjoining Burger King) were attentive and friendly. I particularly want to praise Linda on reception who sorted out some minor issues with my room in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving me entirely satisfied and happy with Premier - All round excellent. Many other hotels in the area do not do a family room. So this is first choice for us.
