  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. The staff and hotel were all better than expected and my stay was great.

  Admiral is a family run hotel and you get treated like one. The location is wonderful, the staff go out of their way to help, the rooms and public areas are clean and looked after, the breakfast room/bar was beautiful. I was extremely happy with everything and everyone and had a super stay at the Admiral hotel. I would and have been recommending it... what people say » . - warm welcome.   We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.
