  It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile. Our suite was actually a fully equipped apartment with dishwasher, microwave kitchen sink refrigerator and plenty of kitchen utensils.   The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the things we wanted to do. It was easy to drive too, with easy parking behind the hotel. It was also easy to get out of Edinburgh from this location. This apartment hotel is reasonably priced and is brilliantly locate - Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.   We had a perfect stay at the Apex International Hotel. Our room was fantastic with excellent views of the castle and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us. We had a brilliant time in Edinburgh and the hotel was the icing on the cake.   Everything. From the greeting at the door to reception to our bags beingplaced in the best room I have stayed in the uk. The service wasfabulous and the hotel was fantastic - will be returning - I travel an awful lot and I must say the Scotsman is one of the best hotels I have ever been in.
